Flight Information

All of our small group adventure tours are priced on a ‘Land Only’ basis.

We find that being ‘Land Only’ offers our clients greater flexibility to extend their holiday or book using air miles. Wild Frontiers does appreciate that many of the places we visit can be difficult to reach and so we will happily provide a flight booking service should our clients desire (ex UK).

The Land Only price includes everything outlined in each tour itinerary, except the cost of the international flights. On each group tour dossier you will find a ‘Getting There’ section with suggested flights from the UK to join that particular trip.

Flight Quotes through Wild Frontiers

The majority of Wild Frontiers clients in the UK, be they tailor-made holiday clients or travelling on one of our small group tour departures, choose to book their international flights though us. In doing so they take advantage of the financial protection offered by the ATOL bonding scheme, administered by the Civil Aviation Authority. Booking your flights through the Wild Frontiers office also includes the support of our office if you have missed connections or been delayed by situations, which are out of your control (for example volcanic ash clouds and political revolutions!).

Booking your own flights

If you wish to arrange your own flights you are completely free to do so and in this case we can arrange any transfers or supplementary accommodation that you may require. Should you be travelling on one of our small group tours and wish to book the suggested group flights yourself you will still be included on the group transfer.

But before purchasing your air tickets please check that your chosen holiday has reached the minimum number required and is a 'Guaranteed Departure'. Please note we also recommend purchasing totally flexible and refundable tickets.  Due to the nature of adventure travel, itineraries can change at any time.
