A month after leaving Afghanistan, I remain thoroughly excited by the things we saw and did there. An amazing destination. I was happy with the itinerary although on this trip we obviously had to be very flexible. I was very impressed with (tour leader) Marc. While looking after the group's safety he made extra efforts to ensure that we achieved what we wanted on the trip. He was good at listening to concerns and excellent at keeping us informed. Without doubt one of the best tour leaders I have travelled with.
