My trip to Northern Mongolia was everything I had hoped. The privilege of riding the ancestors of Chinggis Khan's amazingly tough little horses across an enormous landscape and meeting the local nomadic families was a huge experience. The guides, herdsmen and interpreters were clearly very proud of their inheritance and welcomed our interest enthusiastically. A truly excellent and well-spent 2 weeks. (June 2011)
