A unique itinerary, mixing culture and activity, took us from the green pastures and forests of the black sea region to the biblical lands of Mesopotamia. Fresoces, churches, ancient ruins, eating fish after walking through fields of wild flowers, drinking raki on a terrace overlooking Mount Ararat and climbing up to an ancient palace, swimming in lake Van ... so many highlights and wonderful memories. Mike wears his knowledge easily, sharing his passions - food, wildlife, landscape, language - and putting a varied group of people at ease. If you get a chance to do this trip, don't hesitate.
